Scholarship Benefits

Ph.D Students:

Monthly stipend of ¥2500 for 10 months/year

Master’s Students:

Monthly stipend of ¥2000 for 10 months/year

Bachelor’s Students:

Hostel fees are covered annually (for Weishui campus students who pass the admission assessment)

Eligibility Criteria

  • Must be a non-Chinese citizen in good health
  • Bachelor’s applicants: High school diploma; must be under 25 years old
  • Master’s applicants: Bachelor’s degree; must be under 35 years old
  • Ph.D applicants: Master’s degree; must be under 40 years old
  • Non-degree programme applicants: Must be under 45 years old
  • Applicants must not be recipients of other scholarships at the time of application

Note:

  • Valid Passport (with residence permit if already in China)
  • Highest Degree Certificate or Pre-graduation Letter
  • Academic Transcripts
  • “Physical Examination Record for Foreigners”
  • Non-criminal Record Certificate (or performance letter if currently in China)
  • Proof of Language Proficiency (as required by the programme)
  • Study Plan (for Bachelor’s applicants) / Research Plan (for Master’s and Ph.D. applicants)
  • Two Recommendation Letters (signed by professors — not required for undergraduate applicants)
  • Conditional Acceptance Letter (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Additional documents (if available): Certificates of academic, cultural, or sports achievements
