Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the scholarship, applicants must:
- Be a citizen of one of the 12 eligible West African countries:
- Benin, Burkina Faso, Cape Verde, Côte d’Ivoire, The Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Liberia, Mali, Niger, Nigeria, Senegal, Sierra Leone, and Togo.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree (Second Class Upper Division or equivalent) in a relevant field.
- Have at least an intermediate level of English proficiency.

Applicants from other ECOWAS countries may be considered as self-funded students, subject to availability.
