Edinburgh Global Online Distance Learning Masters Scholarships

Apply for the 2024/2025 University of Edinburgh Global Online Distance Learning Masters Scholarships. The University of Edinburgh is offering twenty Masters scholarships for eligible part-time distance learning Masters programmes.

Eligibility Criteria for the Global Online Distance Learning Masters Scholarships

• Scholarships will be available for students commencing any online part-time learning Masters programme offered by the University in session 2024-2025.
• Applicants must be nationals and residents of the following countries:
• Eligible Countries Edinburgh Global Online Learning Masters Scholarship (60.31 KB PDF)
• Eligible countries for this scholarship are also based on the categories ‘Least Developed Countries’, ‘Other low income Countries’ and ‘Lower Middle Income Countries’ as stated by the Organisation for Economic Corporation and Development Assistance Committee. • Applicants should get provisional admission at the University of Edinburgh and should have firmly accepted that offer or be intending to do so.
• The scholarship will be awarded on the basis of academic merit and the strength of a personal statement. Priority will be given to those who have not had the opportunity to study at masters level previously. You can also apply for HAN Scholarship for International Students in The Netherlands.
  

Award

• Each scholarship will cover full tuition fees and will be tenable for the normal duration of the programme of study.

Applicants will have to include the following key components within their personal statement:

(a) What specific elements of this program captivated your interest in the University of Edinburgh?

(b) Validate how the successful completion of this program will advance both your career and personal growth, and

(c) How will this enable you to make meaningful contributions to your community, region, or country?

In order to gain access to the scholarship application system, applicants must have applied for admission to the University of Edinburgh.
