Participants commit just two hours per week over ten weeks and graduate with a personalised McKinsey.org Forward badge, recognised globally and shareable on LinkedIn and other platforms.

Who is Eligible for McKinsey.org Forward?

You can apply for the Forward program if you:

  • Currently live in any African country
  • Are employed, self-employed, or in between jobs
  • Have less than five years of total work experience
    — OR —
  • Have more than five years of experience, but have never managed colleagues in a formal setting
  • Have completed at least secondary school / high school
  • Speak and understand English well
